The AYF Akure Anglican Diocese today during the Annual General Meeting had their handover program.

This was made known through a broadcast released by the media unit this evening, which states below:

New Executive Council Takes the Helm

Good evening dear leaders and father’s in God. This is to officially inform everyone of the significant change in leadership within our fellowship.

Today, we usher in a new era as we introduce the dynamic set of people who will form our executive council.

Effective immediately, the leaders will guide us through the next phase of our journey for the next three years.

These individuals will bring a diverse range of talents, experiences, and perspectives to their roles, and we are confident in their ability to steer us towards even greater heights.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the outgoing executive council for their dedication and service, and we wish them all the best in their future endeavours.

In the days, weeks and years ahead, our new executive council will be working tirelessly to engage with members, set strategic goals, and uphold the values that define our fellowship. We encourage everyone to offer their support, share their ideas, and collaborate as we embark on this exciting new chapter together.

Some of the past executives were at the meeting, which included the Past President: Dr. Oluwafemi Abe, Secretary Mr. Sanmi, and Sister’s Coordinator Sis. Bolaji Oloye, and the AYF National Youth Star Coordinator.

The Youth Director, Youth Chaplains and some Archdeaconry Youth Chaplains were Present.

Also the Program features an award to some of the outgoing executives.
