Mothers Union 2024 Rededication Service held at St. Philip’s Anglican Church Ijoka, Akure under the Leadership of Mothers’ Union President: Princess Christianah Adetumbi Borokini.

The has always been the gathering of all members of Mother’s Union in the Diocese of Akure where they come together to give thanks for the past years and also seek God’s face for the new Year. They all gather this year as well and it was a great time in God’s presence.

The Preacher, The Ven. Henry O. Ajayi emphasized on the need to indeed rededicate oneself to God, he said that the changes must be evident. The topic of the Sermon is USEFUL VESSEL UNTO GOD (Acts 9:15). He asked the congregation the type of vessels they are, for honor or dishonor.

The President of Mothers’ Union, Princess Christianah Adetumbi Borokini appreciated the host Vicar, The Ven. Henry O. Ajayi and his wife, Engr. Mrs. Ajayi for hosting. Mama Borokini also appreciated the Church and everyone who joined the program.

We celebrate with the mother’s union of this great diocese on their Rededication service today.
